How Can I Adjust My Delivery Or Collection Date?

You can adjust your delivery and collection dates by simply logging into your account and click the link amend my delivery/collection date and select and select a new slot from the available dates. Unfortunately, however, once your tree has been cut, we will be unable to amend the date for delivery.

We can certainly help you do that! We’ll notify you once your tree is felled and you can follow its journey from our plantation to your front door, by logging into your account. We’ll keep you updated every step of the way so you’ll never be guessing where your tree is!
