We want your experience of My JinglTree to be a merry one! Our aim is to take the hassle out of getting your own real Christmas tree, so with that in mind, we came up with this list of frequently asked questions to help answer any queries you may have.
No problem! Simply log into your account and click the link amend my delivery/collection date and select and select an allotted slot. Please note that our trees rest for 48 hours after being cut down, this is to allow the sap to settle and to avoid the tree going into shock, keeping it fresh. As a result, once the tree has been cut then altering the delivery date after this time is not possible.
You can follow our tree’s journey all the way form the plantation to your door, by logging into your account. You can see exactly what stage your order is at, whether your tree is waiting to be cut, being rested in preparation for transport or on its way to you!

On average our grade- A Nordmann fir trees have a lifespan of six to seven weeks once cut and with regular watering. The typical tree needs approximately one quart of water, per inch of trunk diameter, per day to avoid drying out.
We offer delivery and collection services across the whole of the UK mainland. However, we are unfortunately unable to deliver to the Scottish Highlands. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
